Hey, I’m Zoe.
And I wanna help you dig deep.
What a time to be alive! We're doing all the things—school, career, family, friendships, self-care, blah blah blah—but something still feels off. We're checking all the boxes that were supposed to lead to a fulfilling life, but deep down we feel…unsatisfied? Frustrated? Unseen? Like playing by these rules isn't working for us anymore. We know there's more to life, more to our relationships. We know there's a more authentic version of ourselves we're dying to become. We just don't know how to get there or what's holding us back.
That's where I come in.
As a therapist, I help folks discover how pain and discomfort has transformed into patterns that get us stuck. Through my relational trauma approach, we'll dive deep to explore the internal battle between the person you've always been and the person you want to be, in order to discover who you truly are. My work centers the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our inner world—the thoughts we carry, the emotions we hold, and the stories our bodies and relationships still remember.
How I Work
While I'm trained in the therapy process, you are the expert of your own experience, and there is no "right way" to do therapy. In session, my clients show up however they want! Crying, yelling, venting, laughing, fidgeting, sitting in silence…I'm here for all of it.My approach pulls from relational and attachment work, trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, inner-child work, mindfulness, and compassion-focused practices. But really, it's about tailoring our work to what feels right for you—emotionally, mentally, and somatically. Whether you want deep trauma work, relational healing, practical tools, or simply a space to feel seen, we'll figure it out together.
What We'll Work On
I specialize in supporting people navigating:
Relational or attachment trauma
Anxiety, social anxiety, and that voice that won't stop criticizing you
Codependency and people-pleasing patterns
Complex PTSD and identity-based wounds
Boundary-setting, self-worth, and relational patterns that keep repeating
Life transitions and those "who am I even?" moments
Relationship challenges—with partners, family, friends, or yourself
What Therapy With Me Actually Feels Like
Healing can be tough business, and our work together will fit who you are and how you see the world. You set the pace. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a steady presence—but also realness. Clients describe our work as "deep but gentle," "grounding and honest," "a space where I can actually be myself," and "like learning how to come home to myself."
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Want to understand yourself more deeply without all the therapy jargon
Struggle with boundaries, relationships, or people-pleasing
Feel disconnected from your body or emotions
Grew up without consistent emotional support
Are done with surface-level fixes and ready to do the real work
Want to heal long-standing patterns and show up more authentically
The Bottom Line
At the end of the day, we are in this together and I am here every step of the way as we venture into creating a more present, liberated, authentic self. My hope is to help you build the kind of inner safety, clarity, and self-trust that makes real change possible—in your relationship with yourself and in your relationships with others. My work is grounded in inclusivity and is LGBTQ+ affirming.I'm looking forward to learning who you are with you.
