Hey, I’m Zoe.
And I wanna help you dig deep.
I’m a trauma-informed, relational therapist who helps people reconnect with themselves in honest, grounded, and compassionate ways. My work centers the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our inner world — the thoughts we carry, the emotions we hold, and the stories our bodies and relationships still remember.
My Approach
I offer a warm, collaborative space where therapy can feel both grounding and transformative.
My style is:
Relational + Attachment-Focused — exploring patterns from early life or past relationships that show up today.
Trauma-Informed & Mind-Body Aware — integrating somatic awareness, mindfulness, and inner-child work alongside talk therapy.
Compassion-Centered — helping you build a gentler inner voice, stronger boundaries, and deeper self-trust.
Flexible & Client-Led — whether you want deep trauma work, relational healing, practical tools, or a space simply to feel seen.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor our work to what feels right for you — emotionally, mentally, and somatically.
What I Help With
I specialize in supporting people who are navigating:
Relational or attachment trauma
Anxiety, social anxiety, and chronic self-criticism
Codependency + patterns of people-pleasing
Complex PTSD and identity-based wounds
Boundary-setting, self-worth, and relational patterns
Life transitions and moments of re-defining the self
Relationship challenges — with partners, family, friends, or yourself
I work especially well with young adults and adults who are ready to explore their inner world, shift long-held patterns, and step into more authentic ways of relating.
How Therapy With Me Feels
Clients often describe our work as:
“Deep but gentle”
“Grounding and honest”
“A space where I can actually be myself”
“Like learning how to come home to myself”
You set the pace. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a steady presence — offering both reflection and skills-building, depending on where you are in your process.
Who I Work Best With
I’m a good fit for people who:
Want to understand themselves more deeply
Struggle with boundaries, relationships, or people-pleasing
Feel disconnected from their bodies or emotions
Grew up without consistent emotional support
Are seeking holistic, relational, or mind-body–integrated therapy
Want to heal long-standing patterns and show up more authentically
My Background
I draw from training in trauma-informed care, attachment and relational therapy, somatic awareness, inner-child work, mindfulness, compassion-focused approaches. My work is grounded in inclusivity and is LGBTQ+ affirming.
If we work together…
My hope is to help you build the kind of inner safety, clarity, and self-trust that makes real change possible — in your relationship with yourself and in your relationships with others.
